HR opening with a Saudi bank

Our client an largest Bank in Saudi Arabia looking for the right candidates for the following positions.

1.Head of Recruitment:
Location: Saudi
 
 For this position, applicants should have previous experience of corporate recruiting at all levels. This will mean devising and running recruitment campaigns and tailor-made induction programs for professional and support staff and to manage trainee recruitment. We are looking for someone to drive the recruitment team and who has a clear comprehension of interviewing techniques and best practice approaches. To be successful in this role you will require the ability to understand the business through developing relationships, coaching key line managers in best practice and initiating and managing recruitment solutions.
 
 This is a busy and challenging role, requiring an inspirational and resourceful approach, strong leadership and a 'hands on' can do attitude. Preferably graduate status and CIPD qualified, you must be IT literate and able to produce your own documents from templates, in addition to being sufficiently numerate to interpret the Bank's management information, enabling you to work effectively with senior management.



2.Succession Planning Specialist
 
 Key accountability and responsibilities

Leads the development and continuous updating of the corporate succession plan for senior management positions and other key positions that require leadership, coaching, mentoring, and other career development programs, taking into account short and long term competency requirements of the Bank.
 
Maintains an ongoing awareness of current and future trends in employee development, leadership development, succession planning, and training and development to ensure best practices are considered by the executive in response to changing business needs and priorities
 
Qualifications

Degree in Adult Education or Human Resource Management or another related discipline
 Experience- 3-5 progressive experience with higher levels of responsibility
 
3-5 years experience should include:
 - experience conducting development needs assessments, analyzing gaps
 - experience working collaboratively with the demonstrated ability to respond to  emerging needs as required
-working knowledge of performance management theory and measurement,
 - experience advising employees and supervisors in a context where performance and  developmental coaching are both required;
 - experience monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of training and professional  development programs and the transfer of learning;
 - experience determining appropriate delivery methods, including e Learning;
 - demonstrated working knowledge of adult learning principles, theory and practice,
 - experience structuring and facilitating learning for organizational change,
 - work experience in the planning, development and implementation of training and  professional development policies, procedures and processes;
 - experience with acquiring, negotiating, setting deliverable and managing external  resources
 
Preferred experience includes:
• Experience designing and/or delivering career planning programs and associated assessments 
• Experience in using competency models and tools
 
Strong written and oral communication skills
 -Demonstrated experience communicating in writing and verbally to large groups;  executive level or external contacts
