Position:VP/AVP -Head Investments
Location: Chennai
Key Role & Responsibilities:
·Achievement of the Revenue goals for particular locations through Investment product sales.
·Ensure growth of AUM as per Performance Contract
·Strategy formulation and implementation (for the above) along with the various branches and segments.
·Work with fund houses and central support team on product structuring and positioning
·Ensuring adherence to Regulatory and Compliance related processes.
·Run contests, customer promotions and other marketing and sales promo led items at a regionallevel to acquire new customers and deepen wallet from existing customers.
·Work with team to ensure that all sourcing channels deliver desired productivity.
Key Skills:
·Strong technical understanding of capital markets
·Ability to manage and motivate the various channels to contribute and overachieve on targets
·Strategise / plan focus areas for month / quarter given market circumstances
·Meet up with HNI investors along-with RM team and provide technical backup
Strong revenue focus and orientation.
Experience:
·Min of 9-10 years with extensive exposure to handling Investment Portfolio for an organisation /region.
. Would prefer Chennai based candidates.
