Our client an MNC Bank in Chennai looking for the right candidates for the following position.
Relationship Manager – NR
Location: Chennai
Key Role & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for cross - sell of mutual funds, insurance, deposits.
· Responsible for acquiring new customers and getting larger share of the existing NR customer's wallet through generating leads for offshore business.
· Does and maintain FINAP reports which help in profiling clients which further aid in cross selling of other bank products.
· Initiates identification and development of new business segments and geographical areas to generate business opportunities.
· Ensures adherence to daily activity goals assigned by the NR head.
· Understands customer requirements and advises them objectively keeping in mind the individual risk appetite of the NR customers.
· Works in close co-ordination with the service manager in delivering superior service and building long-term relationships.
· Does continuous benchmarking against competition.
. Ensures effective client retention by utilising all available support services.
Key Skills:
· Self starter
· Skilled seller with an Understanding of financial markets and economic trends
· Excellent interpersonal skills· Understanding of basic NR banking skills
· Good Relationship management skills
Experience:
· Minimum 4 - 6 years of sales experience preferably in the banking / financial services industry (preferably in NR )
· AMFI qualified.
