Our client seeks exceptionally talented individuals with hands-on 2-4 years of experience at an investment bank/private
equity/research/ brokerage/ corporate finance/Buy side firm. Analyst would be working on investment selection and transaction support/execution for its
global private equity strategies.
Responsibilities include:
-Performing initial investment review
-Doing business, financial, and industry research and diligence
-Financial modeling and valuation analysis
-Correlation analysis structuring
-Documenting transactions, investment memos and managing the entiredeal process.
Strong PE industry connections and excellent networking skills are adefinite asset.
Desired Profile:
The ideal candidate for the above position must be an exceptionally intelligent, motivated and organized individual with outstanding communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, nd quantitative skills and a rigorous work ethic.
Analysts would require extensive traveling.
All positions are based in New Delhi.
Qualification:
The candidate would have a Master's degree in Business Administration from a premier institute (IIMs, XLRI, FMS, JBIMS & SPJain) or Chartered Financial Analysts (AIMR).
