Naandi Foundation is one of the largest and fastest growing social sector organizations in India, touching the lives of over 1 mn people in 9 states. The Ensuring Children Learn chapter in Mumbai is growing rapidly and offers academic support to children in partnership with BMC schools.
WORK PROFILE
The profile entails working closely with senior management to devise and implement systems to measure quality, impact, organizational health and performance, thus helping to inform strategy, drive decision making, and enable continuous process improvement for maximum impact and quality of delivery. Some key roles
- Devise and implement systems (e.g. data collection and analysis, inspections and audits), with help of Head Office Institutional Learning team, to measure quality of delivery on the ground, compliance to prescribed standards and guidelines, organizational health/performance and impact on children and stakeholders (parents, communities, government officials)
- Provide an independent picture of state of operations on the field to the senior management, to help drive decision making, inform strategy
- Provide support to Project team in ensuring timely and rigorous implementation of key professional development processes, with help of Head Office HR e.g. recruiting, performance appraisal, consequence management and measuring and understanding drivers of employee satisfaction
- Continuously improve key professional development processes, with help of Head Office HR, to improve employee satisfaction, capability building and consequently quality of delivery
DESIRED PROFILE AND QUALIFICATION OF ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES
We are looking for Post Graduates with > 4 years of managerial work experience in handling mid-large sized teams; high performing graduates can be considered too. Go-getters with excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills willingness to commute (within the city) essential. Knowledge of MS-WORD / EXCEL / POWERPOINT and comfort with data analysis on EXCEL critical. Good communication skills in Marathi of additional benefit.
