Designation: Credit Analyst / Credit Manager

* Credit research analyst role largely for BFSI companies
* Recommendation of credit quality together with rationale and credit notes to aid the investment team in decision making process.
* Assessment of Capital, Asset quality, Funding, Liquidity, Profitability/Earnings, Interest rate management, Strategy, etc.
* Relationship management and regular interaction with management of investee companies
* Tracking financial papers (bonds, commercial paper etc) issued by these companies and general developments in the debt market.

Desired Candidate Profile
* 2-5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Corporate or Institutional Banking or Credit ratings/Research arena
* Strong business and macro economic understanding.
* Masters Degree or equivalent in Business/Management, Finance, Economics, etc.,from a premier Institute. Additional Financial qualifications like CA / ICWA /CFA (US) would be preferred.
* Good knowledge of Indian accounting practices
* A basic understanding of Basel II and risk management systems.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

An MBA from a Tier 1 Indian or global B-school may apply.
