Responsibilities
- Strategize and the Business Development efforts in the region
- Clinch or guide and clinch the major deals
- Develop and close business opportunities with key accounts and P& L responsibilities
- Consistently find ways to improve performance, achieve and overshoot the targets
Ideal Candidate
- Ideally, an Engineer / MBA from a premier institute
- 12 to 15 years experience in strategic sales with a top notch Indian MNC or MNC
- Experience in Sales and Client Relationship Management in a multinational environment, along with exposure to Account based selling of complete solutions
- Extensive exposure to and experience in the Canada region
