Position: HR Business partner – Corporate Functions
Company: Leading MNC FMCG Co
Location: Head Office – Mumbai
Brief Snapshot:
· HR Generalist role for select corporate functions acting as the first point of contact for all HR related concerns
· Responsible for implementing HR initiatives in conjunction with the leadership team for improving organization capabilities.
· Active contributor to the OE&D initiatives of the company and is a key resource of the India HR leadership team
· Partner with the functional heads to develop strategies to align people development goals with organization goals
Specifications:
· MBA HR from premier B school – 2001/02/03 batches only
· HR generalist experience in a respected organization
· FMCG or related industry experience is preferred but not a critical requirement
