Position : AVP / National Manager : Resource Mobilization
Location Bangalore
We are looking for a strong professional to lead Resource Mobilization initiative involving Private Public Sector participation .
The individual will play a critical role in designing and implementing marketing strategies to galvanize industry involvement in HIV/AIDS through consultative selling / forging alliances. The position will conceptualize , strategize , market & communicate programs that would address needs linked with HIV/ AIDS prevention, care and support
KRA's
--Resource Mobilization :Develop and implement a marketing plan to raise financial and other resources from Indian industry.
--Marketing- HIV/AIDS Programs: Develop and implement a marketing plan to motivate large number of companies to contribute to HIV/AIDS programs for society & their employees
--Manage corporate communication , events & PR activities :
--Advocacy and Linkages: · Lead advocacy efforts with private sector & Govt sector .
The ideal candidate will be a MBA from a reputed B School with a proven track record in resource mobilization & an ability to forge corporate partnership.
He/she will be a marketing, corporate partnership professional with 7-10 years experience in the industry .Exposure to health or HIV /AIDS related issues will be helpful
