Opening in H.R. Firm as Recruitment Consultant/Associate
We are an executive search firm based out of Mumbai, India affiliated with a leading international firm.
Your role would be to work with one of the principals on either financial services or IT/ITES verticals (based on your experience) and you will handle the whole end-to-end search/selection process.
Experience: 1-2 years experience working with an Executive Search firm/Recruitment firm required.
Location: Mumbai
Compensation: Above market, based on experience. Would include a fixed and a huge variable component.
