JOB PROFILE

• Independently manage brand portfolio to deliver consistent profitable brand growth
• Responsible for planning, executive and evaluation of brand plans through self and interfaces like ad agencies, market research agencies, supply chain team, R & D team and sales team
• Understanding consumers, deriving and leveraging consumer insights and executing plans is a critical part of the job.
• Create annual marketing strategy and Advertising and Promotions (A & P) budgets for the respective Products in consultation with the Marketing Manager.
• Oversee implementation of brand marketing plans.

Education : Graduate in any discipline with a management qualification from a premier institute.

EXPERIENCE : 4 - 5 years in the marketing function of FMCG
