Responsibilities:
-The Head of Contact Center is to increase the profile of the telephone channel in the minds of customers and to ensure cost effective and user-friendly development of services and functions in line with the banks overall customer service strategies.

-Inbound Contact Center service

5) Analyze business group metrics and recommend actions based on business metrics
6) Perform adhoc business group analysis and recommend actions based on analysis
7) Identify financial process, tools and controls to support business requirements and recommend improvements
8) Interaction with Cross functional teams in India as well as counterparts at regions
9) Sharing the Business results with business partners/overseas finance team on a monthly basis.
10) Drive and implement process improvement opportunities and recommend improvements on existing process.
11) Ability to work independently
