Key Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategies aimed at the customer segment with the objectives of augmenting acquisition, increasing cross-sell, driving usage & profitability, increasing customer engagement and reducing attrition for the liabilities & wealth businesses within the mid-market segment. Drive relevance for the product proposition using consumer research as well as analytics to understand customer needs and behaviour thereafter structuring the elements of the proposition on these lines. Strengthen the sub-brands through a range of ATL and other salience building and re-positioning campaigns. Conceive and implement an impactful marketing strategy that will help tap the internal (other customer groups) as well as external (new-to-bank) acquisition customer opportunity and drive the key business acquisition imperatives on acquisition. Create a marketing media mix across ATL and/or BTL that will effectively drive the marketing strategy. Analyze the customer portfolio behavior on an ongoing basis and draw insights from the same that will help drive in the creation / implementation of the marketing strategy. Liaise with the respective business heads and their teams to gain understanding of the business goals so as to be able to align the marketing strategy to the same. Share and implement best-practices across teams.

Hiring profile:
MBA  with  6-8 years of work experience of managing teams in retail banking / financial services. Exposure to marketing of liabiliities and wealth management products and services would be necessary with stong marketing competencies .
