JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Industrial Relations – Employee Welfare, Grievance handling, avoid any legal matters involving Labour unrest. Try to maintain good and cordial relationship among labour and employer and provide better services.
• Employee Relations – Advise, guide and support the plant activities and implement strategies to ensure that smooth operations are carried out.
• General Administration payroll processing – Taking care of Joining formalities, Salary structure preparation, Attendance and leave management and handling separation process.
• Statutory Compliance's – Maintain all the records as per the various acts and carrying out the compliance audits on regular basis. Co-ordination with Government authorities.

1) Sales Effectiveness HR:
Engage with the sales leadership team to draw up the HR Agenda; Conduct Manpower planning & deployment at across the four regions to ensure optimal manning; Recruit across all levels in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team; Develop and diversify talent sourcing strategy for the sales team and design and implement feeder programs
A post graduate degree (2006/2007 batch) preferably with specialization in HR from a reputed institute; work exp as a HR generalist
