HR roles - FMCG

Our client is a global MNC and one of the biggest FMCG companies in India with turnover of over INR 1000 crores. It operates across four main categories - Baby, Women's sanitary protection, OTC and Beauty.

We invite applications for 4 different Human Resource positions:

1) Sales Effectiveness HR:
Engage with the sales leadership team to draw up the HR Agenda; Conduct Manpower planning & deployment at across the four regions to ensure optimal manning; Recruit across all levels in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team; Develop and diversify talent sourcing strategy for the sales team and design and implement feeder programs
A post graduate degree (2006/2007 batch) preferably with specialization in HR from a reputed institute; work exp as a HR generalist

2) Business HR:
Corporate functions with additional responsibility of Talent Acquisition across the organization.
2002/03/04 batch from reputed Management institutes, reporting to HR Director.

3) Supply chain HR:
Responsible for compensation for front line managers up to Sr manager level; Generalist HR type of profile with focus on supply chain
Responsible for performance management; should have some exp in OD
2004/05/06 batch from reputed Management institutes

4) Industrial Relations HR:
Should have extensive experience in IR related HR and have worked in manufacturing companies having Multiple Unions. Some experience in dealing with IR related Government orgs.
Total Experience of 10-12 years and should be a post graduate.
