It is not a Team Management role.
Responsibility:
• To Advise & Manage Equity portfolios and achieve the set business targets.
• To help build the Broking business in assigned territory and nurturing existing relationships for achievement of long term business objectives and client servicing.
• To Manage and maintain equity investments and client relationships.
• To interact, understand and help on both fundamental and technical ideas from PCG research team
• Carry out in-depth industry & company research and prepare research reports outlining the investment advice
• Preparation of periodic reports for monitoring Business performance & productivity.

• Constant monitoring and review of select client based upon timely analysis of markets dynamics.
• Ensure adherence to laid processes and compliance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide Market & Business intelligence to CEO/ head.
Critical Attributes /Competencies:
Good knowledge of products & processes.
Good Interpersonal, Communication & Presentation skills.
Job Specification:
Graduate with min 7 Yrs of Experience in Broking Business.
