Equity Research Associates:
1. Minimum 1 yr exp in the field of ER in Transport or Pharma sectors specifically
2. MBA grads from top institutes only preferably IIM and IIT
3. CA's only 1st and 2nd attempt clearance guys
Interest Rate Sales Trading - Fixed Income:
1. minimum 2 yrs of work ex in the field of interest rate sales
2. MBA is a must with or without engineering degree
Key thing to remember is this is NOT MSAS or MSAM or MSCI, it is a new wing which Morgan STanley are forming and hence this is a Front End division, it will cater to global market wherein the individuals have to interact to clients on a personal basis.
