Our Client is one of the most respected Media houses, as part of its aggressive growth strategy is planning significant investments in building a robust Internet business recognizing the importance of Internet as the most important media vehicle of the future.  They already have a successful news portal. The big initiatives in next few months will be launching state-of-the-art portals in various business opportunities in the internet space.  The client has s a growing pool of young leadership from premier Indian B-schools like IIM's, ISB, MDI, FMS etc.

 
Skills and Experience
The candidate should have 12 years+ experience and should be an MBA from a premium institute.
    * Team management skills to build and enthuse a team of young energetic professionals to perform in a start-up environment
    * Leadership skills
    * Strong analytical and business acumen

Job Description:

Control National sales across India with a network of 7 offices in the first year
Develop Vision and Strategy
Establish Sales Infrastructure and ramp up the team from 150 to 600 people
Business development and Alliances
Establishing a sales network
Will interact with the top management and board members
