Senior Analyst - Real Estate - Dubai

Role & Key Responsibilities:

-Structuring of financial models essential for evaluation of potential investment products

-Due Diligence

-Procurement and processing of property related information into financial models

-Monitoring of cash flows, P&L's, etc., in relation to asset management of owned properties

-Develop and structure models to demonstrate and capture investor and partnership returns

-Develop cash flow projections utilizing Excel (possibly Argus at a later stage)

-Assist in the analysis and presentation of acquisition, financing and disposition strategies

-Assist in the review of selected due diligence materials, including: lease abstracts, income statements and budgets

-Assist in the preparation of internal and external investment committee presentation packages

-Collection and distribution of marketing and research materials

-Stay current on developments and trends in the economy and real estate industry and incorporate the most up-to-date information into analyses

-Undertake special projects with groups or independently

-Understanding of real estate and capital markets

-Exceptional quantitative underwriting skills; Excel experience required

-Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

-Motivated, self starter able to work independently

-Ability to work within a small team environment

Who are we looking for?:

Our ideal candidate will

-Have a Bachelor degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline. MBA preferred

-Have Professional qualification in CPA and/or CFA preferred

-Possess three to five years within an institutional value-add and/or opportunity fund or other real estate investment firm, or equivalent derived from real estate investment banking experience

-Have extensive knowledge of real estate and analytical fundamentals

-Have a combination of institutional and entrepreneurial mindset

-Be a self-starter, able and willing to work independently, but also able and willing to follow direction

-Manage and close investment transactions, including working with legal and professional advisors

-Have extensive experience in  due diligence

-Prepare concise presentations for the firm's investment committee

-Support ongoing asset management of investments and asset valuation analysis and a high aptitude for numbers

-Have thorough knowledge of comparable valuation and market analysis

-Have solid knowledge in Financial analysis, Forecasting and Financial Modeling

-Have strong analytical skills and critical mindset,and be capable of examining and analyzing financial and management information with business acumen

-Be self-motivated, creative and able to work under pressure

-Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

-Have excellent report writing skills in English

-Good command over MS Office and strong competency in Excel development and modeling
