Head - Campus Recruiting

Experience: Minimum 12 yrs.
Qualification: An MBA from B-School.
Location : Hyderabad
 
Responsibilities:

The Head Campus Recruiting will lead the firm's campus recruiting efforts to hire exceptional talent into the company across verticals in India.
Developing the recruitment marketing brand to ensure that organisation is able to attract the best talent on all our campuses.
Develop and implement a robust recruitment strategy to attract and hire high quality students from campus
Lead the campus hiring program for each division advise the business on the campuses to visit, as well as other key decisions on compensation, branding and networking activities to participate in for the company to build brand equity and be the preferred employer of choice.
Develop and implement the campus hiring process for each area -to ensure the organisation have robust hiring process in place.
Leveraging existing global policies/practices and documentation and localize to relevant markets.
Networking and interacting with Placement officers and student committees on behalf of the company.
Developing standards for reporting all aspects of the recruitment processes e.g. cycle time, offer rejection ratios, diversity etc.
Summer Intern Programme
Establish a summer intern programme
Manage the summer analyst program which entails overseeing the training program, managing the mid and end of summer review processes, and working with business units to make final hiring decisions.
Required Skills:
Partnering with clients and colleagues: good communication and relationship management skills; ability to develop relationships both internally and externally to the division and the firm.
Results-oriented: ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered to clients.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to think strategically ahead and conceptualise the campus strategy for the different divisions based on the needs of the firm and changing market conditions.
Broad knowledge of recruitment processes, policies and practices in local region. The role requires intensive travel.
Good track record of presenting to large and small groups
Critical analysis, forward thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop recommended solutions; ability to foresee the impact of emerging trends/patterns
Experience in Global organisation.
