VP – Talent Engagement

Reports To :GM-HR & Admin
Job Summary  :
To identify and deploy best practices in HR, create robust HR processes, consistently maintain HR systems and develop subordinates with a view to ensure internal customer satisfaction, speed and efficiency and making idea the first choice employer in the telecommunication business.
Duties & Responsibilities  :
* To drive specific employee engagement initiatives & programs for the circle.
* Ensure management of employee records, personal files, MIS, confirmations transfers, regularisation etc
* Drive the end to end implementation of Poornata at the circle level.
* Resolve employee related grievances and adopt adequate disciplinary methods to address the same.
* To ensure Gallup Survey Administration and action plan on Gallup Findings
* Drive and execute the smooth exit process.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
