Corporate Finance roles

One of our client Leading Big4 in Bahrain/Qatar is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.

Position: Manager/Sr.Associate-Corporate Finance
Location: Bahrain/Qatar
 
Requirements:

We require Senior Associates and Managers who meet the following criteria:

· Minimum post-qualification experience of 3-5 years (Senior Associates) and 6+ years (Managers) mainly in Corporate Finance advisory. Preference will be given to candidates who have handled/played significant roles in equity/debt advisory, mergers and acquisitions and similar nature of transactions.
· You should also be a strong project manager and a good team player, who is highly adaptable to work independently and effectively under pressure in a fast changing and demanding client environment.
· You should also be able to demonstrate the ability to think strategically and be familiar with risk management issues. Skills in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet modeling, use of Microsoft PowerPoint, are necessary.
· You need to have the attitude and willingness to learn, engage in constructive discussions, proactively provide solutions, take responsibility to take and deliver a transaction from start to finish;
· Travel is required, mostly within the GCC region.
