Business Development Manager - Textile Industry (Freshers)

Title: Business Development Manager 
Requirement: Top pB-school grads from the 2009 batch

Role Description:
•Brief Domain Knowledge of Marketing, Information Technology, Supply Chain & PreferablyBusiness process reengineering
•Understanding conventional wisdom of the company through actual working with Marketing,Sales, Product Development & Service Team
•New Business Development strategy - business development & New market entry strategiesfocusing on Large to medium sized companies (Wholesale/Retailers/Furniture Manufacturer) intoHome Furnishing Fabric with turnover of 10 to 100 million Dollars
•Proposing Revenue through E-Strategy consulting
•Analyzing different alternative organismic and mechanistic business approaches suitable forDicitex
•Derive Cost / Benefit analysis of existing Marketing Strategy & IT systems supporting Marketing
•Establishing research methodology and designing formats for data gathering like surveys, opinion polls, questionnaires and other sources to do Market Research
•Analyzed various aspects of existing Marketing Business processes of Dicitex such as innovations, strategic alignment, IT, and suggested radical changes to the system to gaincompetitive advantage.
•Achieve consistent quality at work with team.
•Understanding overall International & Domestic market potential and trends for Dicitex Products
•Client/prospect Company Research through primary and secondary sources to understand their
requirements
•Working with Marketing team with specific campaigns
•Direct report to Marketing Head, Assisting him in decision making through working on client and
prospects database and report presentation
•Event management – like fairs and promotional activities.
 
Requirements:
• Business Development & Marketing expertise in promotional vehicles(including trade shows)
• Proven track record as team leader running an effective office from operations to motivated
support staff
• Excellent communication and partnership building skills; ability to instill confidence in team and
partners
• Finance and accounting management expertise
• Role might involve making at least 10‐12 trips to various destinations in a year around the world
