HR PROCESS CONSULTANT

POSITION SUMMARY:

The successful candidate will act as a consultant bringing out  process optimization in terms of projects through his /her domain
expertise in HR process understanding; He / She would be responsible for making presentations to the clients about our
offerings. Primary responsibility is to manage Business Process Outsourcing engagements in HR domain, which includes functional and executive content inputs to RFIs/ RFPs, etc. In addition the candidate should have excellent documentation capabilities to
translate the business functional requirements and effectively communicate the same to the technical team.

ORGANISATION & LOCATION:

· Working with an HR Consulting Firm

RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE:

· Provides functional inputs in filling up proposals on HR business solutions for RFP / RFI

· Provide and develop marketing content and client-presentations

· Tracking the market trends in evolving HR-IT / HR-IS space and evolving solutions

· Lead generation activities which include analyst interactions, white paper tractions, website promotions, etc

· Onsite client study engagements as part of Due Diligence

Required : This is a managerial and technical leadership role. It requires a broad range of activities. Most of your time will be managing, organizing, and staying up to date on priorities and time lines for multiple key initiatives within the team.

• The ideal candidate will have 5+ years heavy application development on the distributed platform and have grown into a technical leadership & managerial position over time.

• Strong Distributed Technology Development Skills (Java/Web/Linux/Sybase)

• Strong Architecture, Technical Vision and Planning Skills. Must be able to engage in deep technical discussions when needed.

• Experience in developing large scale, mission critical, multi-tiered systems

• Strong Program and Project Management Skills with a thorough understanding of development lifecycle from requirements through code deployment. Able to plan and execute simultaneous projects and large scale deployments by partnering / coordinating across multiple IT groups (QA, BU, Other development teams, Engineering, Support and Training) globally. Must be able to create / manage / track multi-month project plan that cuts releases, initiatives and teams

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills

• Strong Client Relationship Management skills

• Ability to forge solid working relationship across all areas of IT (ECT, Engineering, ASG, CEAS, etc.)

• Ability to develop and coach staff on execution and career growth

• Must have prior experience in managing offshore development teams and vendors

Skills Required : 10+ years candidates with Finance domain experience
