Purpose of the Job:

The Human Performance Capability houses individuals who help companies derive maximum value from their people though innovative business-oriented approaches to the human capital elements of the enterprise including workforce support and enablement and the management of change.

 Responsibilties:

• Lead modules of engagements as part of a global team. Responsibilities could include
Supervising business diagnosis and planning activities
• Analyzing and assuring quality of the data collected
• Assisting in formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized gaps
• Supervising business architecture and process design activities
• Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs
• Supervising business architecture implementation activities
• Defining testing and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities and processes
• Developing and testing business processes, capabilities, and architectures
• Preparing the client for deployment (communications, training)

Preferred Skill Sets:

All Human Performance professionals must have knowledge of Human Performance offerings such as Knowledge Management or Talent Management or Workforce Transformation or HR transformation and skills in client and team management . Must have experience in HR consulting

Purpose of the Job:

Responsibilties:
Lead consulting engagements as part of a global team. Responsibilities will include
• Engagement Management:  Manage engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, manage account receivables, define deliverable content, ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
• Business Development:  Develops and maintains contact with top decision makers at key clients, organizes and leads pursuit teams, participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process. Develops and maintains contact with SL and Industry Leads in this MNC to identify staffing opportunities for the India Management Consulting Center
• Domain Development:  Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.
• People Development:  Performs role of counselor and coach, provides input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.
