Our client, a BSE 30 firm, requires a Head of Learning & Development. Experience: 10 - 12 years. Location: Mumbai. Qualification: MBA in HR with ISTD diploma
 
JD in brief:
Design and Develop the training model for the company in line with the business plans
Drive team to develop and implement specific training programmes (Leadership, Behavioral and Functional etc)
Plan & Develop talent pool and pipeline through various existing methodologies
Integrate inputs from various HR process to build up leadership pipeline
Budgetary control
Outline the succession plans with concurrence from the Business Heads for critical positions of the company
