Position: Senior Research Analyst (This is not a back end research profile, the person will be involved in client interaction).
Job Description:
The person will be working in a service offering called Benchmarking.Will be involved in doing project-based work/ custom research as opposed to the syndicated research in ITO. Since this is a new practice area he will be building a detailed/structured service line with coaching from VP of ITO (based in the US).
Will be part of a group that will primarily benchmark IT (infrastructure and applications).
