Senior Management Role - Banking

Currently we are looking for Senior Management level position with one of the Leading Bank in Oman.Pls find below the JD.
Position: Call Center Manager
Location: Oman
Salary : INR  60 lakhs p.a

Responsibilities:
Supervise the Call Centre
Ensure timely MIS
Handle Customer complaints
Train Agents

Competencies required:
 Launch the Call Center 24 x 7 .
 Strong technical background that will be essential as we are upgrading our Call Center System (IVR, CRM etc)
 Bi-lingual is a preference not requirement
 Ability to work in a diverse environment
 Excellent Management Skills
MIS/Reporting abilities

Tele-Sales Experience
 Requirement:
-MBA from Premier Institute with 10 + yrs of experience.
-Should have experience in heading call center operations of any MNC bank.
