Description : Director / Lead, Business Development  - Fortune 100 Captive Offshore Unit

Our client has an immediate need for a Director / Leader Business Development to support the grow their presence in India.
My client is a fortune 100 Financial Services company with a significant presence in India.

This position is based in NCR, however will require frequent travel globally, and offers the following:

 - Consultative sales skills

 - Excellent analytical skills with an ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information very effectively (high degree of comfort with Excel and PowerPoint is essential). Ability to frame complex problems and independently drive to actionable solutions

 - Essential :  Very Very Strong written and oral communication skills
 - Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to establish positive working relationships and drive team results without direct reporting relationships

 - The ability to work well independently as well as on a variety of teams, high energy, comfort with ambiguity and a desire for professional growth
