Job Description : We at Tracers India Search Pvt Ltd. have an urgent opening for Zonal Sales Manager for Consumer Product Maintenance with one of our esteem client.

Years of Experience : 5-8 Years
Industry Preferences : FMCG /Paints/Lubricant

Desired Profile:
1. MBA(Premier B-School) like IIMs, XLRI, MDI, JBIMS, NMIMS etc… with5-6years of experience in Sales from good FMCG /Paints/Lubricant Companies for ZSM position
2. Should be a stable candidate with maximum number of 2-3 changes
3. Should have worked as a Regional Head of a standard Co having All India Sales and Distribution network or a Sr ASM of a well known large Turnover Cos
4. Should be Computer/Technology savvy
5. Should have the skills of leading a team from the front
6. Should have ability to think and observe trends in the market/significant competitor activities and report to Management while guiding Branch Managers and taking action
7. Should be oriented towards implementing Sound systems and Policies
8. Should have good administrative and networking ability (with other depts.) like logistics and Admin resolving issues at local level

Job Profile / Role and responsibilities:
To look after sales and distribution in the states
Sales
1. Achievement of Sales target for his Region.
2. Effective management of Branch Managers and TSIs and Cluster Market Development In charge (CMDIs).
3. Accurate Sales Forecasting for the branch.
4. Ensuring gap elimination of Sales Force (i.e. TSI, ASM, CMDIs) in his zone.
5. Recovery of Poor Preference territories.
6. Sales improvement thru lSR Module implementation.
7. Competition tracking and timely action--
8. Proper implementation and review of all trade schemes.
9. Increase sales in Modern Trade and Corporate segments enhancement.
Distribution Management
1. Effective implementation of all WSS related policies and systems.
2. Reduction in WSS attrition.
3. Appointment and Induction and training of new WSSs (Stockiest) of right profile as per WSS appointment and Induction Module.
4. Implementation of software at WSS point.
5. Expansion of Distribution network.
Inventory and Receivable Management
1. Inventory management at locations in his Branch.
2. Keeping Receivables under control.
Manpower Development
1. Training of New Joinees ( ASMs, CMDis, RSMs)
2. TSI Induction and training.
3. Training of Sales force
4. Career path progression of sales force
Market development
1. Implementation of Market Development plans and effective use of Market Development Budget
2. Work with CMDI five days in a month of his Branch; include Launch of a New Product
3. Attending personally Mega promotional meets & also Audit market development activities implementation.
Direct Report and Reporting to:
Report to - National Sales Manager in charge of domestic sales at Mumbai
Reportees - Branch Managers, each Branch Managers will be reported to by 8- 10 TSIs and 70-80 Distributors
