FMCG Job - RSM North

We have been retained by a client of ours in the FMCG Sector, Our client is a subsidiary of a US based MNC and our into the Food and other FMCG Products. They are seeking to recruit a Head of Sales for North India - Regional Sales Manager North.
We are seeking MBA's from top B schools -96- 97-98 batches. Position is based in Delhi and reports to the National Sales Manager based at the Corporate Office. A brief JD is attached. Average indicated compensation is Rs 18-20 lakhs CTC.
Ideal candidates would have an experience in FMCG 0r Consumer Durable Sector. Position: Regional Sales Manager, NorthLocation: New Delhi Qualification: 1.. MBA from a premier institute; Ideally an RSM or in a similar Regional or more than one state. 2.. Preferably FMCG. However durables or paints background can also be considered. 3.. Must have clear 7-8 years of Selling experience. A few years in Logistics or Brands would be an advantage.
Job Description: 1.. Independent sales and commercial responsibility for the entire Northern Region 2.. Responsible for Volume delivery of the region and strategic orientation of with respect to independent territory. 3.. Would be required to closely monitor the sales system and processes in the region. 4.. Would have a team Area Heads and sales personnel reporting to the Area Heads.
